LINE COOKS ($16-18*/hour)

We are currently seeking applicants that are interested in:

  • We are currently seeking Line Cooks that are interested in:
  • Flexible hours
  • Part-time or Full-time shifts (both available)
  • Learning and growth opportunities
  • Helping to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
  • Inventory management
  • A little bit of everything – food prep, line work, dishes – we share all the work depending on the day!
  • Good manual dexterity (able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils)
  • Are willing to do what needs to be done for the good of the team (doing dishes, mopping floors, helping in brewery or front-of-house)

  • *$18 per hour wage is earned after training is finished

DISHWASHERS ($13-14/hour)

We are currently seeking applicants that are interested in:

  • Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
  • Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
  • Clean, sanitize, assemble, and maintain dish machine
  • Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
  • Taking garbage, compost, and trash to dumpster area
  • Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors

SERVER / BARTENDER ($7-10*/hour plus tips)

We are currently seeking applicants that are:

  • Flexible hours
  • Willingness to serve multiple tables and assist other servers as needed
  • Ability to take orders and enter orders into a Point-of-Sale system in timely manner
  • Ability to answer questions about the beer, wine, cider, spirits, brewery, history, etc.
  • Enforce all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Willingness to engage taproom guests in conversation
  • Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurate
  • Product knowledge and tasting is key to providing great service and sales.
