We are currently hiring for the positions below for seasonal or year-round employment!

HEAD CHEF ($45,000-50,000/year)

We are currently seeking applicants that are:

  • Responsible for selecting, hiring, training, supervising, and developing the culinary staff members (assisted by the Chief of Operations if/when necessary)
  • Chef will manage day-to-day shifts, weekly schedules, oversee food inventories and labor, closely monitor all safety and sanitation procedures, and maintain equipment
  • Directly responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards, sanitation, and cleanliness
  • Responsible for training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion, cost control, sanitation, and cleanliness
  • Ensures that all customers have the best possible culinary experience in the taproom and restaurant
  • Exhibit excitement about the opportunity to be involved in a growing business
  • Ability to plan and lead special restaurant events and creative projects, including pairing food with beverages
  • 40-50 hours per week, 50 weeks per year
  • Opportunity to take gratuities occurs during some custom events and is encouraged
  • Health insurance stipend after 30 days of employment in the position
  • Accrue 10 days of paid leave in the first 12 months, 14 days paid leave in second 12 months (Including sick time, vacation time, etc., and paid leave accrues at 0.8 days per month worked)

LINE COOKS ($16-18*/hour)

We are currently seeking applicants that are interested in:

  • Flexible hours
  • Part-time or Full-time shifts (both available)
  • Learning and growth opportunities
  • Helping to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
  • Inventory management
  • A little bit of everything – food prep, line work, dishes – we share all the work depending on the day!
  • Good manual dexterity (able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils)
  • Willing to do what needs to be done for the good of the team (doing dishes, mopping floors, helping in brewery or front-of-house)
  • Required to follow Covid-19 protocols, including, but not limited to mask-wearing, social distancing, cleaning, and sanitizing

  • *Must work 30-40 hrs a week to earn $18 per hour wage

DISHWASHERS ($13-14/hour)

We are currently seeking applicants that are interested in:

  • Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
  • Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
  • Clean, sanitize, assemble, and maintain dish machine
  • Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
  • Taking garbage, compost, and trash to dumpster area
  • Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors

SERVER / BARTENDER ($7-10*/hour plus tips)

  • Flexible hours
  • Willingness to serve multiple tables and assist other servers as needed
  • Ability to take orders and enter orders into a Point-of-Sale system in timely manner
  • Ability to answer questions about the beer, wine, cider, spirits, brewery, history, etc.
  • Enforce all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Willingness to engage taproom guests in conversation
  • Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurate
  • Product knowledge and tasting is key to providing great service and sales.
